Clinton Hill Brownstone

A gut renovation and exterior restoration of a landmark brownstone in the historic Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. Abandoned to decay for twenty years, the building boasts generous ceiling heights and a faded but undeniable grandeur that is uncommon for a row house of its size.

A careful but thorough transformation of the crumbling building for use by a young and fun-loving family will integrate colorful, modern elements for entertaining and home life with carefully preserved and restored historical features.

The project includes entirely new sustainable and energy efficient building systems for heating and cooling, as well as a newly reinforced building structure.

Coming Soon.
